CLASS POLICIES & STUDIO INFO
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Grip socks are required for all of our classes. Socks are sold at the studio, or you can bring your own.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before class starts. Cancelling any closer to the class time will result in paying the full cost of the reservation. If you’re feeling sick, we totally understand — just text or email Olivia at least 2 hours before class so we can release your spot. If you are on a Monthly Unlimited membership, a $20 fee will be charged for late cancelations or no-shows.
Monthly memberships can be canceled after the three-month commitment and before the next monthly cycle begins via your account. We cannot refund a charge that has already been processed. If you need to end your membership before the 3-month commitment is complete, you may do so with a one-time early-cancellation fee equal to one month of your membership. This helps cover the discounted rate and reserved spot you received as a member.
Please arrive at least 5min before class to allow your instructor to let you and anyone else waiting into the class for a timely start time. If you arrive 5 minutes late or later for your class, your spot may be offered to someone else. Due to the fourth-story location, You will not be permitted into class if you are more than 10 minutes late as your instructor would need to leave class.
