Who We Are

At River City Pilates, we care first and foremost about you as a whole person.

We want to see you thrive in all areas of life including your community, work, family, hobbies, spirituality, mental health, and physical health. Which is what brings us here! We truly believe that caring for our bodies is an important aspect of life, and we’re here to help you do that.

Because of our background in physical therapy, injury prevention, and athletics, we strongly believe that Pilates can and should be complementary to other forms of movement and exercise.

We see immense value in heavier weight training for longevity, bone density, and injury prevention, and so we will encourage you to find balance between Pilates, and other important movement! We’re your biggest cheerleader. And we can’t wait to see you thrive.
