Meet Olivia *

Hi! I’m Olivia, the founder of River City Pilates.

I transplanted from Winthrop, WA to Spokane to attend Whitworth University.

I’ve been active my whole life, and after competing as a division 1 athlete, I went into fitness and wellness. I worked as a rehab specialist with chronic pain patients, taught group fitness and personal training, and then was introduced to Pilates by a friend. I fell in love with the way it made me feel, that it solved nagging chronic pain issues, and how it seemed to support my nervous system and response to stress more than any form of exercise I had tried.

I am passionate about helping you grow in confidence, learn how to support your body best, and help you develop routines that feel sustainable for your lifestyle.

I’m especially excited to work with you if you’re an athlete looking to supplement the training you’re already doing with some added core strengthening and mobility, or if you’re bored with the traditional gym settings and want to try a new form of movement. Pilates is for EVERYONE!
